Crystals for Dealing with Viruses

At this time of uncertainty in the World I thought I would break from the norm and list crystals that can help on an emotional and physical level for anxiety, fear and infections.

Obviously, the best way of staying well is to boost your immune system and address any anxiety you have, as well as keeping away from people with serious infectious diseases where possible, not forgetting that in the early incubation stages of a disease many people will not have symptoms or know they are ill. Some people can also be carriers of diseases whilst not succumbing to the illness themselves.

First of all, the crystal most people will have is Clear Quartz which is a “Master Healer” and can therefore be used for any physical disorder or disease and will also amplify the properties of any other crystals you use alongside it.

How to Use the Crystals

Choose which crystals you want to use - it could be one or two or more of them; just go with what feels right for you then cleanse and charge your crystals ready for use.

Sit with each crystal for a few moments and programme them, i.e. set the intention that they will shield you from disease. You could say something like: “I programme this crystal with Universal healing energy. Each time I use it, may I be protected from all that is not for my greatest and highest good.” Repeat three times to fully set the intention.

Wear the crystals next to your skin (if you have any of them in the form of jewellery use those) or place the crystals around your home and work space (if you have to work), look at them and let your mind absorb the colour and the vibrational energy from them.

In the morning or evening, place your chosen crystals on the chakra they vibrate with (go on the basis of colour). If you wish, you can also meditate with them and allow their energy to envelop you, cleanse and/or shield your aura.

Place a cleansed piece of raw Amethyst and/or Clear Quartz into a water jug in the fridge or in your water bottle to infuse the water with their healing energy.

Other Ways of Supporting the Crystals & Your Energy

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables – a rainbow of food.
Keep well hydrated.
Get outside during daylight hours when possible and open your windows and doors to allow the air to circulate through your home.
Practice good hand hygiene, remember germs can stay on items for varying lengths of time.
Talk to people on the phone or on Skype or other social media platforms so you can keep in touch with each other, or check on those most vulnerable without putting you or them at risk.
Check up to date independent medical information and instructions.
