The topic of constructive criticism within the subject of words is one that will probably bring up mixed feelings in a lot of people. Simply because we hone in more on the “criticism” part than the “constructive” bit. And let’s be honest, the word constructive, as well as the word criticism is widely interpreted, often to the point where they have nothing to do with their original meaning anymore. We’ve all gone to school, had to learn, study and study some more. Some of you may also have gone to college or university like me, but the truth is, you never stop learning your entire life. There will always be some new information gained, a new skill acquired. Some of this, we come by pretty intensely, others we’ve got time to get to grips with.
